Hon. Afolabi Akanni , the Ekiti Lawmaker, , who has been in detention at the Department of State Services facilities, was released Tuesday evening. now admitted at a private hospital in Abuja.
He said his release may not be unconnected with his deteriorating health, adding that he was not told why he was held.
The Lawmaker who was very weak said he was treated for malaria at the DSS detention facility after he collapsed twice.
