They are both in the hospital so how sick can they really be. Maybe they are psychiatric patients but all i got in my mail is the picture above with the caption "two patients having sex in an hospital" name of hospital undisclosed, location undisclosed but its either ghana or lagos; WONDERS SHALL NEVER END..
