In a statement made available to Nigeriaireporter, Hon Adesegun Adekoya said 'as muslims, we should be constantly reminded of the teachings of the holy Prophet Mohammed (SAW) about piety, love, recompense and sacrifice, these should not be limited to the Ramadan period alone which should be abandoned after the fasting period. The teachings of Islam is that these should be our way of live all the time.
We should also use the end of Ramadan to pray to Almighty Allah (Sabuana Taa Alla) for peace and security of our great nation, Nigeria and for divine guidance for all the leaders so that they can steer the ship of state with the fear of God'.
